Air Freight
Pickup counter conveniently located at our warehouse near Honolulu Harbor.
Effective Sept.1, 2021, warehouse will-call pickup hours will be only on selected days and hours.
Mondays -08:00am thru 12:00noon
Tuesdays -08:00am thru 1:00pm
Wednesdays- 08:00am thru 1:00pm
Thursdays -By appointment only- 12:30pm thru 2:30pm
Fridays- 08:00am thru 1:00pm
Packages must be retrieved within 5 business days; $5/day stocking fee thereafter.
Pick up in-person or by authorized person on your account. Valid ID and signature required.
Home delivery available.
Ocean Freight
Ship to Hawaii customer service team will call or email you when your package is available for pickup and arrange a time and location.

No truck? No problem. We can help you get your package home.
Residential Curbside
Ship to Hawaii transports your package to your curb at a time you arrange with us.

Filing an Insurance Claim
Customers must do the following when filing an insurance claim:
- Call Ship to Hawaii within 48 hours to notify us of the damage
- Take photographs of the damaged items and packaging
- Keep all packaging that came with the damaged item
- Give a copy of the item invoice, with purchase price, to Ship to Hawaii
- Submit the completed claim within 10 days of item receipt
